Tragic Hope is the first book in the Tragic Hope Trilogy. Originally released under Young Adult, it was later changed to Contemporary Romance to accommodate the growth of the characters as they reach their 20's.

Tragic Hope: Being a senior should be a happy time but Lily is struggling. Mostly since she has been dealing with her dad's death for the past year. But not all is bad. She has her two best friends to help her through it. They just happen to be both guys. Then she meets Brice at her older sister's wedding and they quickly fall for each other.

This picks up right where Tragic Hope left off
This is told from both Lily and Nate's POV
After being best friends for a few years, Nate finally decides to tell Lily that he's in love with her. Only his timing isnt that great since Lily just announced she's engaged to Brice.

Lily doesn't know how to handle this news since it would make her delve into feelings unknown and Nate's trying his best to give her space to sort things out. They try to keep it al a secret from their best friend, Mason and especially Brice.

But soon secrets will be spilled and Lily must face an important decision; choose between the only love she has known and the one that could be.
